So happy with the product, service, the whole customer service process was fantastic.Was last minute for me as I usually have things booked way ahead, but the team was able to accommodate me with a weeks notice.I would recommend them and will use them for any events in the future

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE UPON NOTIFICATION OF FAULTY EQUIPMENT.THEY RUINED MY NIECE'S BIRTHDAY PARTY BY PROVIDING A BOUNCY CASTLE THAT WAS FULL OF HOLES AND LEAKING, LEAVING IT UNABLE TO BE USED. WHEN NOTIFIED OF THE HOLES IN THE CASTLE, THE OWNER ADVISED THE DELIVERY GUY TO COVER THE HOLES WITH TAPE!. THE OWNER HAD REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND FOR THE FAULTY EQUIPMENT AND IS REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, THE OWNER THEN REFUSED TO TAKE ANY CALLS AFTER TELLING MY SISTER IN LAW TO TAKE HIM TO COURT.

Really great.Ant is lovely and very helpful.He made sure to provide his best equipment and made sure everything was perfect.Both his workers and ant are very professional and make sure to pay attention to detail in order to provide a wonderful service.Definitely would recommend.

I used Mr bounce for my sons 5th birthday and found them to be very professional and punctual. They called me when they were on the way to the venue what was very helpful. They even helped to move the chairs around to set up.The castle and soft play equipment was very clean and my son loved the party. I would highly recommend Mrbounce events.

I’ve both hired my kids a small castle and seen this company put on a huge event. Nothing is too big or too small. The manager is very attentive and safety conscious and this is very much a professional outfit.

Ant from Mr Bounce was so easy to work with and great at giving advice on what equipment would be best for the party. He takes great care in the health and safety aspects which was very reassuring. Totally professional from start to finish.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Yesterday was my six-year-old granddaughters birthday party as you can imagine she was very excited with all class members friends and family invited. The bouncy castle arrived and immediately my daughter reported to the delivery man that it had holes in it The delivery man done a quick patch up job but also inform the owner of the holes as did my daughter . It rained all day yesterday so the bouncy castle was not usable At no point was the replacement or a refund offered to my daughter who had done everything that was asked of her by submitting photographs and repeatedly calling the owner which took her away from the party . This ruined the whole day for my granddaughter and her mum and dad with venue full of upset children . DESPICABLE behaviour of a Company that provides equipment for children .AVOID AT ALL COSTS
