I’ve been using this car wash since they’ve been there. Generally been very happy, until today. I asked for the £12 mini valet on my mini which needed a good vacuuming but nothing major, no rubble or mud or anything. I waited in the waiting room and went out when they had nearly finished, to be told that I needed to pay £20 as my car was ‘very dirty’ and took them a long time to clean. They hadn’t taken any longer than they usually do. I was taken aback and at first thought he was joking, saying I didn’t think it was that dirty. It transpired he was serious and I just paid the £20, now wishing I’d have stood up for myself as I’m sure they should’ve told me before carrying out the work if it was going to cost more. I could kick myself now. I won’t be going there again and will also be having a word with trading standards about this.

Avoid using! I used the car wash a few days ago, once I got home and looked at my car, the black stripes on the front (mini) have been damaged/ have peeled off in places! It looks such a mess! It makes me wonder, what chemicals have been used, as I have never had this issue at other car washes previously!!I also handed the man £10 for the wash and tyre shine, expecting to receive £2 change, he handed me £1.50 and said he didn't have no more money to give me, so unprofessional!!

Thought the job done was good,until I got home.Found 2 lovely scratches on the rear end of the roof.Not happy ☹

Went with a dirty car and they cleaned it. Pleased with the results, even shined the tyres all for a little under £10

I have used this car wash for many years and always found it to be one of the best around, I only usually have the £5. Wash and wax but they do a really good job.

I had me car as a mini valet meant to be £12 charged me £15, service was shocking as I’m a “woman driver” telling me they don’t know how I passed me test. All inside my car is still filthy and has mud on the doors and sticky all across the dash, will never use the service again, disgusting and rude
