FAB Home Interiors Bowness

Lovely stuff to pickup for home. Shame it’s so far away from us. Always make a point of going for a browse when we are in the Lake District. The staff in this and the Kendal store are amazing. Highly recommended

FAB Home Interiors is a (pun intended) fab shop located on the banks of Lake Windermere. We have a little mooch round this excellent shop every year when we are in Bowness. There are just so many interesting items for sale, many unique items, it’s an Aladdin’s cave of awesome! If you are visiting the Lakes you really do need to check this shop out, it’s brilliant, highly recommend

This is one of those shops, and you know the ones ladies... that if you love home decor, you cannot leave the shop without buying something.Its reasonably priced too, so things are within reach.Dogs allowed in store.Husbands allowed in store..A picture section at the back that has some unusual and rather uniquely designed prints.In all seriousness its worth a look in here if you're in the area, even if it's just for a ganda, the stock is unusual and quirky.

If I could choose zero stars I would!!Just been into the bowness store and I’m appalled at staff behaviour, stairs that should have been blocked off were not blocked off and this resulted in a back injury due to a fall down said stairs. I’m disgusted at behaviour by staff that witnessed the fall who had nothing to say or a kind hand to offer. All that was said was you shouldn’t be able to get down there it was blocked off earlier. But it was not blocked off at the time of the accident, this is just not good enough! The fall was caused by a lip in the floor that had poor effort of being covered by a tiny bit of ineffective tape. I’m not happy with this experience at all, after being told it was blocked earlier (even though it wasn’t when she fell down the stairs) all that happened was they moved the plants! No member of staff that was there (out of 2) asked if she was okay. This is poor customer service and just isn’t good enough, to say I’m angry is an understatement, no help was offered and people were just staring at my crying sister, absolutely disgusting!!

Went into the shop the other day during our walk to Cockshot Point. Great selection of unique homeware that you wouldn't find elsewhere. Staff were very welcoming.

Interior home art and deco shop with many gorgeous unique pieces that will easily serve as a talking point when guests come over. Reasonably priced items. A large selection of unique mirrors, clocks and lamps.

Well worth a visit a wide range of bits and bobs for the home. Lighting, furniture, pictures and all manner of bits to catch your eye.

Nice little shop with plenty of modern/quirky home furnishings. Drawn in by the items on display and enjoyed looking at what they had to offer.
