Best garage I've ever used very Honest and Helpful.

My daughter had her car serviced there about 6 weeks ago then 3 weeks later put it in there for an mot. It failed on basic item's. When asked why, the manager was unavailable.

Poor business, was quoted under £500 to fix my car and was told the issue was definitely a problem with the coil pack. After 6 weeks of not hearing anything, decided to give them a call to see what was happening only to find out they haven’t been able to fix it. Went to pick the car up expecting to pay perhaps half of the original quote as I understand they spent money on parts and Labour, only to be given an invoice for over £600!! More than I was originally quoted!! The car isn’t even fixed!! Disputed this with the owner who then threw the invoice down and told me the best he could do was £500. As if that was a favour to me?! Avoid this garage at all costs! Terrible customer service. Spoke to others after this who had also experienced the same poor customer service!
