I received my order on the exact day that was arranged. The slate hearth was exactly the sizes I asked for.They managed to ship my order from near the other end of the country cheaper than a company 100 miles away.

Recently bought cut to order slate coping from Eaziclad. Really excellent customer service from Andy. Prompt quotations the very next day, a courtesy call to confirm the order, take payment and give me a delivery date. To my surprise this was within two weeks which In my experience for a bespoke order is exceptional. All was delivered exactly on the day promised and the quality is superb. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

Can’t thank Andy & his son in-law enough. We had been let down by another company & eazyclad came to the rescue. Dropped Andy an email late at night & he replied within a couple of hours. Within 48 hours of emailing them, Andy had the slate cut and ready for me to collect. Amazing service, great quality and at a fantastic price.

My order was small, just one slate window sill. Easy to order and good quick communication when I had a query. I received my sill on time and within a week, packed on a wooden crate. Excellent company to deal with and very nice product at a good price. Very happy and I highly recommend.

I purchased a slate hearth from here, unfortunately it arrived damaged and wasnt quite how I expected it, I have come here to give Andy a 5 star review because of the way he handled the situation, very professional, arranged to collect it straight away and issued me a refund straight away. Other reviews may show they had bad experiences here but I had a good experience even if the slate wasn't for me. Thank you.

The staff at EazyClad have always delivered a superior service when purchasing slate fire hearths from them for holiday cottages.On multiple occasions the slate has been cut to an accurate size and in great condition ready for installation.The staff on collection advised me well on how to make the slate look it’s best in the holiday cottage recommending the correct product to clean it.Excellent value for money with great communication throughout the order process from initial discussion to collection.If you are looking for a Brazilian slate hearth look no further and go with EazyClad. Will definitely be using them again.

The guy Andy is a Walter Mitty, seems genuine but don’t trust his friendly voice. Messed my order up initially by sending wrong product, said he would pick them up several times and didn’t. Tried to correct order then kept messing me about for 3 months now not even replying so I’m £350 out of pocket .
