I have a parcel that left London gateway on the 22nd November and has yet to get scanned into the Royal Mail system in N.I. appalling system, and now they want to cancel Saturday deliveries, about time they moved into the present age..

Opening times on website are wrong. They no longer open 16:00 - 18:00 only 08:00 - 10:00. Absolutely useless hours!!

Very helpful go the extra mile to get you sorted out plenty of parking only downside is the new telephone service supposedly to help I personally found very hard to navigate the old saying do not fix till it breaks in this case the rank and file are doing a great job and a personal visit if possible guarantees a helpful response as for the telephone system I wish you luck a volume control would be more helpful to the elderly/hard of hearing

Ordered a Christmas present for my daughter tracked it online it says it was delivered on the 17th December at 10.31 am I was in the house at that time nothing was delivered also checked my camera which shows nothing was delivered

New opening hours are terrible , closed at 10 on a Friday ? Nothing on card to advise you . Staff have always been grand though.

Rude staff. Never lock the gates behind them. If they know how to open it then close it. I have asked them multiple times, they just shrug and walk off. It's simple. With it being windy it just bangs constantly. It's annoying.

Used to be handy enough to collect missed delivery'sWhereas now it's only open 2 hours a day (8am-10am), so if you have a job, you're never getting your parcel
