BSP Roofing

BP Roofing have left me with a roof that is less than sixth months old, with no warrantee, and every time it rains, water comes in through several locations of the top floor bedroom ceiling. It has damaged the decor, and is seeping through the carpet and into the floor below. Other roofers have informed me that the job is actually incomplete, and areas that have been completed were done badly. As Brett informed me that the warrantee was not transferrable (e.g. I bought the property two months after the roof was replaced, and it was replaced as a condition of the purchase) because I did not pay for the work, even though they knew the property was for sale, I have booked and hired a new roofer which is costing me £2050 + VAT, and leaving me out of pocket. Would not recommend.

This roofer was recommended. Thankfully he never bothered to return with a quote, and abstained from further communication. I have no roofing experience yet when I went into my loft I found three puddles of water. This not so articulated roofer declared this was caused by condensation, yet these pools of water only appear when it rains. Once again as an untrained roofer I went up there today and there were more pools of water. I felt the felt and pressed and heard roof tiles rattling, on another part I felt a roof tile slide off the roof. As an untrained roofer I feel I am more trained and experienced and can ascertain the problem with better accuracy, and it's definitely not condensation. Guess it's why you have no good reviews. Have you thought of retraining as a professional roofer????? Best wishes an Italian senorita.Anyone looking to use this roofer look at these photos - apparently to this roofer it is condensation.
