Inspirational teaching. Amazing instructot with so much knowledge, compassion and ability in so many disciplines besides Pilates. Join to stay fit or improve fitness, mobility, strength etc. Yassamin has been helping me for over 20 years and continues her loving care even though I am over 80! Rita

Yassamin is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring pilates teacher. Her classes are never routine, she puts a lot of thought into designing her classes, makes us work hard but always safely. Numbers are limited so you really do feel you have her personal attention. A special mention to the studio space too, it's a lovely calm environment.

Yassamin is an exceptional Pilates teacher. Her classes are extremely creative and her individual care for each client is wonderful. The combination of Pilates, Garuda and Foundation Training works perfectly for my body and mind. I have attended classes in the studio, online and at the beach. Thank you Yassamin :)

I’ve had several “Pilates” teachers over the years. Yassamin is like no other! She only has our best interest at heart to help us improve our bodies, she is continuously attending courses to learn new techniques to help us. She is amazing, everyone needs a Yassamin in their lives!

Yassamin is so much more than a Pilates teacher; she is an inspiration. Her lessons are always different, fun - and hard work, but within everyone's own limits. Since I started my twice and sometimes three-weekly sessions with her I feel stronger, happier and a bit leaner. She even helped make lockdown more bearable!

Absolutely brilliant classes . Yassamin nurtures all of her clients and provides flexibility within the sessions to cater for everyone’s individual strengths. You always feel motivated to work hard without being pressurised.Her classes are always fresh , she is a fabulous instructor and will ensure that you can understand each of the moves and explain the benefits for your body. I have learnt so much , not only Pilates exercises but also the human body and how it functions! Would highly recommend joining her classes!
