Excellent gym, the atmosphere is very calming, everyone is friendly and it is a great place to be training. The facilities and equipment provided are of high quality and the coaching is brilliant, I have learnt so much here. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone (from all ages) looking to get into boxing or just looking to be fit and healthy, best gym in Rotherham!
