A family business that came highly recommended. We have used their mortgage and pension services recently and I have to say that the company principles are a very solid, expert and competent team, who always seem to go the extra mile to look after their clients.They obviously know their business extraordinarily well and deliver the advice you need with the minimum of fuss and jargon. My experience with Money Principles was simply fantastic from start to finish. I was a first time buyer but just felt there was too much changing information out there to navigate while staying on top of my own career. Money Principles took care of everything for me, providing a highly tailored and personalised service. Everything was explained throughout (I’m hardly an expert in mortgage matters) and the company - I mostly dealt with Henry - went and above and beyond with my fairly limited means. I couldn’t get the deal I wanted right away as I simply didn’t have enough income, but I was told exactly what I would need for what I wanted. As the door was left open, it was easy to pick up where we left off when I was in a better position 6-12 months later, and I am now sitting pretty in my own home in what feels like no time. The contact was excellent and friendly throughout and I was always made to feel at ease. The fact it’s an independent and family run business really shone through - they provided both real values and value, and I will 100% be using them again in future.
