We recently had our heating system upgraded to a Worcester Bosch condensed boiler for our family house in Ashby, with new radiator valves and thermostatic control, and found the whole process to be trouble free. Thanks for a fantastic customer service, we look fwd to energy savings and a better temperature control.

Wanted to fit a new bathroom. Phoned them in June, told me it will be September time. Came in July to take measures and give me and estimate. Not had an estimate even after 3 weeks. Phoned them to ask about it, only to find out they haven't managed to do an estimate, and that if I want my bathroom fitted, it will be October. From my point of view, poor client communication, poor service. Obviously, said no longer interested.

We've used SD Hill before and when it got to needing to replace our boilers and rusty radiators we started requesting quotes and advice I was looking for advice on whether a combi boiler would be suitable for our family house as most advice on the internet was that they aren't. Two advised that we should stick with the hot water tank system but SD Hill said it would be fine to go for a combi.We had quotes for both combi and upgrading the existing water tank system from SD Hill and then they took a few calls to answer my queries and then I was happy to go with the combi. Even though I wasn't 100% certain it wouldn't be suitable, I was willing to take the advice. We went for the next size up boiler just to be safe and ensure we had enough power but looking back we didn't need it.Installation was arranged and took longer than planned, due to a couple of complications, but overall excellent service. The installer kept us up to date on progress, tidied up each day and was very polite and undemanding. My wife was working at home and felt comfortable with him being there​ and he was very considerate while working.Several months on and everything is great. So pleased we chose SD Hill and took the advice that a combi would be fine. We now have an amazingly strong and hot shower, the boiler does a great job and radiators were fitted without any no mess plus we have extra cupboard space where the water tank was removed and more room in the loft.Overall great service and advice.

Have used in the past. Vastly more expensive than any other local plumber.Left 2 messages for assistance with a problem, 4 weeks later still not even the courtesy of a reply.Avoid at all costs.Appaling customer service
