I'd phoned last week to book a power barrow to hire, but they were not sure if the ones would be back in time for me, however they then phoned me Thursday to say that they had one coming back sometime Friday but was unsure when it would be, as I only wanted it for the day, this would not suit me, However they did agree that I could have it over the weekend for the day rate of which I was told was £100, I thought that's a result Well done Contruct Equip, however what I wasn't told about was the £20 each way delivery (Ketley to Ketley) and the Insurance! so the total ended up at £183!!!! , So I phoned on the Tuesday to explain how aggrieved I was! As the total cost should have been explained to me! As for that price I would not have bothered! I also believed when I phoned there would be some sort of flexibility over the price due to there lack of communication! But nothing! So as you can Imagine I'm one upset customer!!!
