Amazing company and have always been incredibly helpful, quick and communicative. I used to order from them in the UK and now I work in Barbados I still order from Trycare almost exclusively. They always get the items to me as quickly as possible and will tell me if something isn't on the order. Customer service with Kimberly is excellent

I have always found Trycare's chiropody wing excellent and pleasant to deal with. It's lovely to be able to talk to a person as soon as I ring up, without the rigmarole of being played music or recorded messages or being advised to go to the website instead. Mostly I find they manage to get my order to me the next day, or very soon after, and I find the whole process simple and stress-free. I think they offer good value for money and the range of items they sell tends to have everything I need. They have been my 'go-to' suppliers for years now, and I heartily recommend them.

Huge thank you to the team at Trycare. The customer service team here are fabulous we needed a new ultra sonic shipping out as a matter of urgency and they went above and beyond to ensure we recieved it. Communication is brilliant, when they say they will get back to you they do. Andy gets us the best deals and if anything is out of stock he always offers an alternative. Disguisting service. They took 6 months to send me a simple composite stain. They forgot about it after they took my money and I had to call them 4 or 5 times over 6 months for them to tell me it's out of stock. The people on the phone don't have a clue what's going on she just sounds confused. And they refused to send me an alternative they did have in stockUse henry Schein or dental directory instead.

I have used Trycare for 10 years and highly recommend them. They are very prompt with nearly every order - occasionally back orders are delayed but this is the case with others I have used. Our rep Mitch goes above and beyond getting us good deals and giving us lots of information about products. He also sources good alternatives for us to try and is knowledgeable about his products.
