The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Refusal to collect waste which incurred me loads of extra costs from 1 off pickups and me being constantly fobbed off expecting call backs which never came. Even when depot managers and regional ops directors were copied in and told to contact me. If you value your business DO NOT trade with this company.

Never put bins back where they should go meaning we have to move it every week before getting the car outalso seen the driver spot me looking and run off after not putting the bin backnot the first time it's happened and not even our bin shocking behaviour will be ringing customer services too

Biffa allow us the flexibility to service all of our hospitality clients. Where they do not offer certain waste collections, they are comfortable working with other tier ones, to allow a full service offering to the end user

A shocking company. They come along with a flat bed truck during bin day and instead of emptying it, they take it away. We report it missing and after 2 calls they deny its took away. Then try charge us £200 saying it’s our issue. Is that fraud!?
