My sister migrated from the Caribbean on a nurse work program to work with this company in the UK. However, unfortunately she was found dead in her apartment room almost a year into the job. It shook the whole family and people who knew her as she was only 40years old. My concern was that they barely wanted to take care of the cremation expenses. I mean, when someone lost a loved one especially so young and suddenly nothing can really make up for it but at least give the family something substantial so they don't have to worry about expenses and can say at least they tried to help. I mean if she had it, she wouldnt had left her poor family to go so far to work where she knew no one. I think that's a disgrace to this company.We were promised 1500£, and the cremation service was 1184 £ which left a balance of 316, Kayleigh had said they were not going to do anything more for us after they paid the 1184. So we had to beg through emails that the balance from the 1500£ be used to transport the ashes.

My father died in Moorlands Lightwater in December. We have been chasing for the return of the deposit and overpaid fees but they simply refuse to respond. If you are considering placing one of your loved ones in one of their homes, please take note of this.
