From the second we entered the dealership to find out more about the Dacia to the moment we picked up our 73 plate Dacia Duster we received a first class service. Joab Bailey was excellent, kept us informed every step if the way, infact the whole team delivered a first class customer service.

Exceptional service from sales team ( Paul , Jacob, Tom & Regan) in ensuring handover occurred on 1st December 2023.Slightly surprised that paperwork relating to monthly service contract was not given at handover !Also could not add this vehicle to MyDacia as wouldn't accept Vin or vehicle registration and still won't!

Really pleased with my interactions with this dealership. Initially I was interested in 3 cars. I had made an appointment,and the vehicles were ready for me. I was given adequate time to look at them, and no pressure was put on me to make a particular choice. Once the decision was made, a Dacia Duster, registered in January 2023, the salesman made a very fair offer for my then car. The process of sorting out the various options for payment was handled sensitively, clearly and speedily.When arriving to collect the car, it was ready for me. Once again the necessary transactions were carried through speedily and efficiently. I opted for a service contract and again, this was sorted without fuss.My only regret is that I didn't ask for more familiarisation before driving away - but that's my fault.All in all, a good experience, and I would be quite happy to recommend the dealership.

Dealt with fairly by Dacia salesman Joab Bailey-Cruise all questions answered there and then. My new vehicle handed over to me in superb condition.
