Very good experience with members of staff in the shop as well as Arash and Sam who did the job of removing the flooring in my kitchen after a burst pipe flooded it. They were on time and worked hard taking everything off the floor , screeding and laying membrane before finally laying the vinyl that I had previously ordered in the shop .. all in one day. They were polite, efficient and helpful and what is more they smiled and looked pleased while working. Very happy customer.

Leon from the Watford store is great! We popped in to get some advice on carpets and runners for our house. We had no idea where to start and he was really helpful! We asked tons of questions and he answered them all. Really good knowledge of all products and a very friendly person. He even stayed helping until 15 minutes after the store had closed- thanks so much Leon! We’ve ordered through Carpet Right rather than Tapi simply because of your customer service.

Best customer service from David! Thank you so much for helping and advising us on the new flooring for our new house! We got top tips, and expert knowledge. We were nervous leaving the house today about ordering so much flooring, and making the right decision, but we left the store excited, and we can not wait for it all to arrive. We got a really good deal aswell, so can't express how happy we are. Thank you again David! Excellent customer service skills!!!

Hamid installed my vinyl flooring in my kitchen and did a fantastic job. Later on, he even came back to finish a very difficult drop from Living room to kitchen, all included in the installation fee.

John is so helpful and friendly.I purchased my carpet in sept 2022 and I have only just asked for it to be fitted. John didn’t know if it would still be in storage however to our surprise it was and is being fitted tomorrow.He has bent over backwards to help me get in fitted before Christmas which I am so grateful for.

Hamid baseri did a great job he worked very hard to make my flooring exactly how I wanted it. Checking in regularly to ensure I was happy with the quality and he did an amazing job. Very happy would recommend to anyone looking for high quality floor installation.

Sadly, they fell at the first hurdle.Arranged a measure up for a replacement floor & and they failed to turn up on the scheduled day or call to say they weren't coming.Gave them the benefit of the doubt after they apologised & rearranged the visit date. Again, they failed to show up without a call or notification they wouldn't be able to attend. Waited in twice, failed to show twice. Theyre not getting a third try. What a joke of an organisation, I'd give this lot a miss.I'd recommend Tapi though, who turned up when they said they would & were very helpful.
