Holiday Inn Rugby-Northampton M1, JCT.18, an IHG Hotel

Shout out to Leanne and the fab team. A minor error in the room was fixed and we were welcomed by friendly staff and good service. We don’t often stay in hotels but we will be back! My faith in the customer experience / journey has been restored! Its the little things when you arrive with your little ones, like a box with crayons and snacks and the little touch’s throughout the hotel they go a long way.

Lovely holiday inn, super clean throughout and really friendly staff. This is how I remember Holiday Inn Hotels. Recent experiences elsewhere have not been to this high standard. Well done would recommend.

Alice the deputy manager was fantastic when I checked in after a hellish experience with a filthy air b&b. I was also upgraded which was so lovely given the awful 24 hours myself and my mother had dealt with!All the staff we encountered were friendly and chatty. Room was spotless and very quiet. Breakfast was good (would love to see more gluten free options!) but good selection of dairy free milk. Would highly recommend

Stayed here a few times with work now and it’s always pretty good. Staff friendly, rooms clean & comfortable. Breakfast is really good, you can tell they use quality ingredients and keeps you going all day. Evening meals are good however the chicken burger wasn’t great, the chicken was tough and the breading was soggy. Not a big deal but the staff members went above and beyond to ensure I was OK.

The room I had to report for cleanliness, but that was the only issue at this hotel andwas sorted out as soon as i brought it to the attention of reception.The staff were absolutely amazing and looked after us incredibly well, and the breakfast was very well cooked with lots of choice whether you are after a full English, a continental breakfast, fruit or just cerealAs a disabled wheelchair user, I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be staying here again

A warm welcome from staff. Friendly and willing to answer all of my questions.Convenient location just off Motorway junction. Not a lot of local facilities nearby. A nice walk/run route of village is available.Room was small but all facilities provided for a short stay. Bathroom was practical with a good shower. Room was very clean, aired, with plenty of towels.There is a health club. Pool and Steam Room is a must with good opening hours. The gym is a small space, and much of the kit requires updating.Restaurant is clean with various comfortable furniture. Breakfast offered a good choice although scrambled egg was hard". My only other experience was a disappointment.....over £6 for a can of Guinness is frankly a rip."

Had a prearranged booking along with a few colleagues. We managed to stay, but it was sightly chaotic, having watched a number of other guests being turned away due to overbooking. The hotel had clearly done some juggling of rooms as my personal welcome in the room was to someone else, as was my colleagues. The menu was few in items with a ridiculous touch pad system to order your food.The following evening, the hotel was offering free drinks to those booking in due to the issues.
