Robert, the kind and patient staff, led me through the inside of the storage with comprehensive introduction, and helped me apply for a late entry efficiently.The storage unit is clean and ample so that I could move in immediately once I created an account here.Great staff and great service!

I was using storage facilities for my company since last 5 years with Shurgard and Big Yellow storage, got very competitive price from Access Storage and moved from our storage to Bigger commercial space, moving was so easy and staff was so helpful and cooperative specially Manager Dinesh and Schymon, I have recommended to my Business Friends to move this storage and avail good facility.

Was not happy with the refunding policy because had to send reminders again n again took over 4 weeks was upset bcz of rent increase

Alperton Branch: Wonderful knowledgable helpful staff, this place wouldn’t be a 5 star business without the team.its a shame that both members of staff are leaving the business for better pay packages.As a leader I know how important the team are, they ARE your business. I hope the senior management relook at their salary policy & structure.I wish the team members well and equally access well.

Hgv1 must reverse in there ...The client had to stop traffic so I could go in reverse ( blind side)...I needed to use the toilet and the reception staff were very kind and showed the way, *(many places don't let drivers use the toilet) 5stars for this place

While the front desk staff are very helpful their refund policy needs a lot of improvementsI’ve been waiting on my refund since January and we are now in June.Five months and still waiting.

This storage seems very safe, reasonably priced and has friendly staff. Caira and Szymon were helpful in every way, enabling me a smooth move in :)
