I started at the gym with a knee injury and my husband with a hip replacement. Dan and the team have somehow got us to loose weight, gain muscle and be the fitest we have been in 20 years. It is a great environment to train: supported, encouraged, motivated and different everytime. Great group of people who are now part of our own social group. We love it.
