Alena and her team cared for my father for 18 months, they were always trustworthy, considerate and friendly and worked so well as a team. We really appreciated their kindness during that time. We felt very happy knowing that my father was being well looked after, thank you Alena!

My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Alena who we were very fortunate to have come into our lives in December 2021 when my mother needed care. I have no siblings and live in Australia and we could not return to the UK due to covid travel restrictions so Alena became our lifeline. Alena is very caring and kind, she is reliable, trustworthy and hard-working. She together with her small team were simply wonderful. They not only cared for my mother twice daily but we relied on them for so many other things – grocery shopping, household chores, opening and scanning mail, liaising with medical staff and pharmacy, plumbing issues, meeting trades and much more. When we finally got to the UK in June it was our pleasure to meet Alena and her team in person and we cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us. My mother’s needs have now changed so it is with regret that Alena and her small team no longer provide care to my mother.Paul - October 2022
