Food was amazing as always service however wasnt that great. We stopped in after spending time in a spa. There are signs everywhere saying we take cash and cards. It took them a long time to come take our order. We were paying with cash. When he finally did, he told us we couldn't pay with cash as he had no change.... your a shop how can you not have change??? I eventually just paid via card to our annoyance cos we deliberately had cash to keep an eye on how much we spent. The food was ready really quickly, though. So that's redeemed it. Guy wasn't rude about the cash situation, but it was annoying not being able to use our spending money.

Great service. Ordered online and everything came really fast. Unfortunately it did came without fries and drinks that were included in a meal but I believe it was a delivery driver mistake. Still had plenty of food and enjoyed it so 5* remains as mistakes do happen sometimes.

Ordered on just eat, couldn’t choose any options to customize my tacos. Called in to clarify because I’m gluten intolerant and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude, even though I explained the issue at hand she didn’t seem like she wanted to listen and hung up on me saying she didn’t understand why I called. I was not being rude and there was no reason for her to speak to me the way she did.When the food came, the fries were very stale and tacos slapped together and soggy. I was also missing a portion of fries from my order.

Personally the tacos didn't taste that bad, but my friend got very sicked and puked all day, the day after. I can't really complain about the service, they were nice and getting the food also didn't take longer than 10 minutes.

Possibly the worst Taco Bell I've ever had food from. Is this how 2022 is looking, were we throw food together in any old fashion, no cutlery, no napkins, no sauce, and just get people out the door? I went back and asked for lots of fire sauce, was given 3, for almost £20's worth of food! I asked for more, the look I got was priceless. Thankfully had some chopsticks in the car for the absolute mess that was their loaded fries (look at the photo of the abomination that I actually paid money for!). A real shame on the brand to serve food like this and cut corners to make a few extra pence. Won't ever return.

They gave my food to the wrong people who didn’t even order anything then proceeded to give attitude towards me and blame me even though they didn’t check the receipt of the people who took my food( keep in mind they didn’t order anything). Don’t come here!

I came in to buy food and asked for student discount. I showed him my valid Unidays Id and also student beans but I wasn’t given any student discount and asking for a physical ID which makes no sense as I always buy food with digital ID in all other Taco Bell outlets

Worst place I've ever ordered from. They included/embedded (AS PART OF THE INGREDIENTS) a marker pen inside my Crunchwrap Supreme.I called them up and they admitted that their one only marker pen was missing. So I asked them how it occurred and asked them to investigate it (even emailed Taco Bell corporate about it) and they refused to do anything.READ THE OTHER REVIEWS because this food establishment is truly a joke.
