Ryan is a most welcoming, friendly host who goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort in his lovely apartment. During our stay he was always available to see to our every need without delay. The apartment has comfortable beds and excellent amenities, such as fast wi-fi, smart TV, etc, and is in a very nice location that looks out over a small marina and offers scenic walks along the canal. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils one needs and the apartment is well-serviced on a weekly basis. A large Sainsburys supermarket, many shops, restaurants and a convenience store are all within easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious, quiet, well heated and private, and parking is mostly very easy. It is within walking distance of Hemel Hempstead centre and both Watford and Berkhamstead are a short drive away. Apsley station is 3 minutes' walk from the apartment, with fast trains to Watford and London. I highly recommend Ryan's apartment.

What a lovely apartment! Beautifully decorated, well equipped and lovely location right on the Quay. There's a few restaurants in the area and a mini super market right by the apartment. 5 min walk from the Apsley train station to catch trains into London. Ryan was really accommodating to us thank you again for everything!

Stayed in my accommodation for about 3 months. A very comfortable place with a fully fitted flat. Accommodation regularly cleaned. Great accommodation will definitely return if I come back to area

We stayed in the Penthouse in Bushey/Watford.Ryan was an amazing host. This was one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in whilst visiting the Uk. Great location and highly comfortable. Highly recommended.
