Brilliant experience using Macklin Motors Glasgow South. Warmly greeted on entering the dealership.Initially we dealt with William Stein who was so helpful in assisting us to make our decision on which car to buy. During the long wait for our car to be delivered to Glasgow (not the fault of Macklin Motors) we were contacted by Claire Anderson who took over the sale.Claire kept us updated on the progress of the delivery throughout the wait period and carried out the handover. Claire’s warm, friendly manner along with her knowledge made visiting the showroom a pleasure and at the handover she was super efficient and explained all the details of the car to us before we left the showroom. Well done Claire and well done Macklin Motors!

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with Macklin was exceptional. This was the fourth car I have bought from them. Every time the sales staff have been polite, knowledgeable and dealt with me in a friendly manner. Every sale went exactly as explained. I have also had my car's serviced at the dealership where you even receive a video from the technician carrying out the work. I recommend Macklin Motors to anyone who is buying, or looking to service their car!

This is our first experience of motability and understanding all the ins and outs, but felt we had to show our appreciation of Claire Anderson of your Nissan branch. She was so very helpful, informative, friendly, and personable and made the whole experience thoroughly wonderful. Excellent service from the start. This is my 4th car from the dealership. We were Always kept up to date with the progress of our new car.Our salesman Ryan was very pleasant and informative. Calum the business manager worked out a good deal for us and looked after us very well. The Dealership was very clean and tidy and anyone we spoke to were very courteous and helpful, seemed a good buzz about the placeToo marks for the whole team at Glasgow Nissan. Be careful when buying a used car from here, small fault found the day after collecting the car, reported it first thing the following morning and was told I would get a call back no one did, called the following day and spoke to Kim and was told he would get after sales to call to get the car fixed. This is now over a month and still no call to fix the car. Think about buying here if after care matters as they seem not to care

Good service at the dealership in person but oh my, the pre-attendance harassment form their electronic system is depressing and needless.Why send 8 text messages and 7 emails when a single phone call will suffice to confirm your booking?I had multiple texts in duplication from different numbers and the same message via duplicated emails too at the same time.Whatever happened to human interaction?It’s one reason apart from a recall why I will not return for a service, I take my car elsewhere for the personal touch!
