This review is so long overdue as I've been a client of SkinspaceUK Reading for over 20 months now. Team at SkinspaceUK Reading is absolutely fantastic! Caroline, Becky and Amber (in no particular order as they all are wonderful!) are super experienced, professional, polite and truly caring. I've been having laser treatments on different parts of my body and now have decided to give my face some TLC therefore I've have started hydrafacial (which is brilliant!) and I'm looking forward to my first session of microneedling. I trust this team completely. They always greet you with an honest smile on their faces and they are happy to explain each procedure to a great detail. They are also very accomodating! I've never felt rushed, uncomfortable or worried about anything. I have always felt I am in good hands and that my wellbeing is a priority. I will continue to come back to this clinic with this lovely team and will recommend them to anyone!The only thing I do regret is not discovering laser treatments and SkinspaceUK Reading earlier ☺️SkinspaceUK Reading is also affordable, they do care for their clients.Big thank you to the whole team of SkinspaceUK Reading!

I would never recommend this to anyone! They did my first 3 treatments horribly. She didn’t complete the whole area and then the receptionist said sorry to which she had told me she was going to give me 3 more sessions for £109(60% discount). However, when I came back she I had to pay for the rest of it like we discussed. We did not discuss that and I felt so scammed. Honestly don’t waste your money!

I have had a total of 19(!) regular laser hair removal sessions over the past 2/3 years at this clinic. The ladies are truly lovely, however, after my 19 sessions I was still very very hairy. I had no hairless patches what so ever. My hair growth had slowed down slightly, and my hair was slightly finer, but there was certainly no hair reduction. When I questioned this, I was never really given an answer, just encouraged to keep going, and that it could take up to 25/26 sessions. At 19 sessions, and still no hair loss, I decided to try elsewhere. My new laser hair lady was absolutely shocked at what I told her, and assured me that it should most definitely not take that many sessions. From what she told me, yes skin space use one of the best machines, but the ladies weren’t using it on me correctly. I am completely gutted that I have wasted all my time, and a huge chunk of my money at this clinic.Since coming to my new clinic, I have had just TWO sessions, and am around 40% hairless already! Please don’t make my mistake, do your research on what machine is being used, and how it should be used. You should see hair loss (obvious patches where hair is not growing back) after every session.

I had laser hair removal with this company, it is confusing because they advertise with different names but are in fact all one company. It is difficult to get an appointment because they sell hundreds of vouchers and then customers struggle to get suitable appointments. I unfortunately experienced a couple of staff who were unprofessional and rushed the process/appointment, leaving me annoyed and wanting to just leave the rest of my bookings. The last appointment left me speechless and frankly disgusted - first I had to wait 10mins for the staff to call me, thinking they were finishing a patient or cleaning, only to be taken downstairs by one of the staff who were standing at reception for the whole 10mins I was waiting. The room was filthy with other customers hair around and the bed was dirty. The glasses they make you wear are disgusting as well. The staff could've cleaned the room in the 10mins I was waiting but were instead just chatting in reception. Definitely not worth going, use an alternative salon if you have the choice!

Please do not waste your time and money at this clinic.The treatment results are nearly non existent based on the quality of its execution and the “Help Team” dismisses the customer without even investigating the issue or giving the opportunity to the customer to discuss the outcome with the relevant therapist, even when the remaining treatment is outstanding, so please be mindful.The clinic is staffed by the employees who spread derogatory rumours towards each other as well as the customers, in order to cover their own shortcomings.They are extremely manipulative to force a customer to write a positive review on all available platforms to make sure their failures are covered.My personal experience has been appalling both on treatment results as well as a customer care as above. Please avoid.

Laser hair removal doesn’t work.I hate to think how many sessions of laser hair removal I have had and still not hairless 30+, maybe more as started when they were called something else around 5-6 years ago!! Like other reviews I’ve now noticed, they tell you to keep going but it’s bit ridiculous now with no results. Feel like I’ve wasted a lot of time and money with them persuading me to keep trying.I also had tattoo removal for microblading on my eyebrows that worked well, and even made my actual eyebrow hair grow back.

I’ve had 3 laser hair removal sessions now and I’m already seeing results. Poppy who's done my sessions has been super professional, polite and made me feel really comfortable.

Caroline's dedication to the removal of hair is such a gift to women! She takes the search for hair as a personal quest which is very reassuring as a customer. Thank you for CAROLINE.

I recently had a Hydrofacial and micro-needling treatment here and I couldn't be happier with the results. The skincare specialist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the procedure. What really stood out to me was the thorough aftercare guidance provided. Highly recommend!

Amber was brilliant and put me at ease throughout the whole treatment (as usual). She’s extremely professional and able to explain the different capabilities of different 3D treatments. I always feel relaxed and well looked after by her.
