Phones repaired and updated my phone for £30. It was worth the half hour wait. Great value for money. Thank you Phones.

Very nice people, who I think tried their best.But I bought a phone from them. It didn’t work. I asked for it to be replaced, they replaced it. The new phone didn’t work. I brought it in for repair. They said that it was repaired. It broke after a month. Covid hit and when I managed to get back into the shop post-Lockdown they said that it was no longer responsible, and said the best they could do was offer a discount on another phone.I’ve gone through two dysfunctional phones and been without reliable mobile data and signal for all of this year due to faulty products and ineffective repairs. I think if I sold someone two phones that didn’t work, I would feel a greater responsibility to help them out.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP, they buy stolen phones and turn them off, no coincidence that find my iPhone shows my mobile to last have been located here.

Probably the worst experience i've had in any shop. Took my phone in to be repaired for a cracked screen. The guy replaced the screen with a really dodgy looking one, definitely not a genuine Huawei one (it didn't quite fit).I turned the phone on and the screen was really dull and the colours were all off. I mentioned this to him and both him and another lady instantly jumped to their own defence saying it could be because it's a dull day outside etc!I agreed to take the phone away and pay the sum only to get it home and find all sorts wrong with it. The phone basically lost all it's functions and when I scrolled it randomly flew all over the place. I took it back and complained and again, he was full of excuses and even said that the problems MIGHT BE IN YOUR MIND".I said I wanted a full refund but he would only do another repair

Can’t thank you enough for fixing my daughters phone. Very prompt, very reasonably priced and excellent service. She not only smashed her screen when she tripped and fell on the way to school but also broke the camera inside too.We have used Gfones a few times in the past and I won’t go anywhere else.

These guys were really helpful. They took a look at my desktop computer and a light that was not working. I would definitely use them again, and if I had any phone issues in the future, Gfones would be the first place I would try.

Very helpful. Was told by another repair shop that they couldn't get a screen for my Smsung Core phone. I was quoted by G Fones a price of £45 to get the part and install it. They told me it would take a couple of days. The phone was ready on time and only cost me £35 for the new screen. They even ordered a glass protector and case for only £5. Very satisfied customer.

Never put a review in my life but this place is an exception - amazing service and price...the staff inside are really nice, humorous and will look after you well.Got my phone fixed and can’t even tell there was something wrong with it in the first place. They were outright honest about what they were going to do, how much it would cost and how long it would take.
