Had a crown fitted today at my dentis in Shipley. Best experience ever the dentis Charly and Chrystelle was amazing didn't feel a thing and was very professional. The receptionist was also very helpful think she's the manager.Would definitely recommend them.

Took my grandchildren in today, I'd had a senior moment about the date. From the receptionist, dental nurse and dentist Adam, they couldn't have been more accommodating and polite. Both children were happy with the service and came away looking forward to their next visit. Could not ask for more. Many thanks to all at Mydentist.

Dr Salman is a wonderful dentist. Very professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough :)

Frequently cancel appointments, then can't get through on the phone to rearrange them. They have an option to leave a message for them to call you back, I have done this 3 times now over a week and have heard nothing back.

No empathy and lack of understanding of patient's circumstances. Head of receptionist not willing to admit to her own mistake for reception team regarding payment error.Advised the head of reception payment will be made at next appointment. I was not able to make payment due to work commitments and had to make two trips down to dentist to take time out for appointments.Made to feel like a criminal for not making a payment although payment for check up was made and reception failed to take payment for treatment.No awareness of treating patients as their first concern, rather to be made to feel like scavengers.NHS complaint has been made from this review.I would suggest all staff to undergo annual training for professional development in learning how to deal with conflicts, complaints, and improve communication.Dentists at the practice have shown more more empathy, compassion, understanding of patients then the reception team especially head of reception.

I chipped my tooth recently and mydentist Shipley got me in quickly! I saw Charlie and my tooth was fixed on the day! Him and his nurse were extra welcoming too, deffo recommend

So after many years of not having a dentist I finally found My dentist in Shipley. Their opening times and flexibility with appointments are amazing and opening 6 days a week and appointments until late, perfect for me in my profession, (a bus driver) working shifts, the reception team are amazing always welcome you with a warm smile and can't do enough to try and get you a appointment that fits you, in a attempt to not disrupt your life, their knowledge and advice on plans is perfect and are eager to answer any questions you have.The dentist and nursing staff are awesome too. They explain everything that they have done and need to do breaking everything down bit by bit and help you build a plan for your work. They are also trying out new technologies not available with most dentist, I personally have had a root canal done, and was nervous after hearing all the horror stories. But on the prep appointment alone I walked in with toothache and walked out pain free, nothing to be scared about what so ever.In a whole this dentist practice is amazing run by amazing staff at all levels being welcoming and professional with every vist. Very much recommended.

I came in today to see Charlie after my previous dentist in Manchester told me the only option I had was for the tooth to be removed.Charlie saved my tooth and made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend this dentist and its definitely worth the 45 mile drive.

I’m so scared of dentists an usually have to be sedated for treatment, this time didn’t need to as the dentist Charlie made me feel so calm what a wonderful guy he is a credit to your company an his dental nurse Taylor was brilliant also made me feel so at ease thanks again

The dentists and staff are great, even for NHS patients. However, considering they've only been in these premises a couple of years, the building is in a state. You're greeted by glass screens covered in hazard tape, and the only visitor toilet has one broken sink and a large tile leaning off the wall onto the tap on the working one. Only having one toilet for all visitors isn't really convenient at busy times; their old tiny building in Cottingley had three loos!All-in-all I do recommend the practice, but they need to bring their new building up to the standard of the old one.
