Took my ailing dell in on Saturday morning. It was ready to collect on Tuesday morning complete with new hard drive and all my data re installed. All for a very reasonable charge. I will most certainly use the PC Clinic in the future. Many thanks

Took my HP laptop in after someone in the family spilt sticky juice over the keyboard and mouse pad. The owner ordered a new keyboard for me and even offered a replacement laptop while ours was out of action. Kept me updated via text message all the way through and now we have a 'good as new' device which is so important as the son needs it for school. Great service - highly recommended.

I have used Sia’s service several times over the last few years. He has always sorted my PC out when I've messed it up - without laughing at me. I highly recommend PC Clinic Ripon. Excellent service at a fair price.

Edit to review:Good customer service from a genuine business owner.Whilst the phone repair did not go to plan they offered me a full refund or to take another look. I refused as I did not have the time to come in and I like to think I’m fair so asked for a partial refund as I still have the new part in my phone.
