Really impressed with the service. It wasn’t an emergency but they still came out the next day with the right parts and changed the lock quickly. Left spare keys too. I would recommend sending a photo of the lock when you contact them to make it easier.

I called Abbey Gate a month or so ago for an issue with the locking mechanism on the back door. They came out within 15 minutes to take a look. Perry was very helpful and polite, he gave me a run down of where the issue might be, took the mechanism apart and gave me two options on how to fix it. He went back to the warehouse, got the part and the door was fixed the same day. Also Perry advised due to where the door is, if it is left open the door can drop so I should be careful leaving it open for a long period. Great service and friendly. Would use again.

I contacted Abbey Gate yesterday very worried as I had lost my house keys. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and put me at ease straight away. They also gave me helpful advice on checking with my insurer as to what type of lock they required to ensure my policy would stay valid. There was no hard sale to purchase anything more than the budget range if that was all that was required. Great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Excellent customer service which is often a rarity these days. Well done!!

I needed an urgent response for an issue with my door and called Abbey Gate. They were amazing. Empathetic, immediately responsive, and arrived in 20 mins!. Steve is Brilliant. An expert professional, friendly. A top man. He fixed the emergency and went above and beyond to resolve other door lock issues in the house. He was extremely kind. Called Abbey Gate this morning as we had accidentally locked ourselves out of our house but were on the way out for the day. We asked that they meet us back at the house when we returned later that day and they were on time, did a great job and charged a fair price. We have a 7 month old baby so needed to get back inside so would have been quite lost without them. Ben was super efficient, friendly and professional.
