Purchesaed a car that was sold as having no issues within a week the clutch had went and the radiator had exploded. Asked for a refund and was refused. He closed the business shortly after and stopped all contact. Had to go through complaints service to get my money back. Absolute joke of a dealership and human being.

paul is a horrible person who was aware that this would have been my first car! sold me something which can only be describe as metal on wheels nothing worked within a matter of weeks i was told by the aa the head gasket had gone warranties don’t cover this, he told me it was general ware and tear “these thing happen”absolutely horrible man claims he helped me out and in no way is this true vile man and he knows it to as this is why his cars and garage are now in his wife’s nameif he had done no wrong there would have been no reason for him to do thisSTAY WELL AWAY

STAY AWAY!!!!! Bought a car, first the gear and clutch went within the first couple of days, made me pay towards the repairs, a couple of days after the repairs snoke started coming from engine. Refused to take car back, car was unusable after a week of purchasing it!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Shocking do not buy from here. With the evidence I had for there poor service and broken cars they sell I won my charge back from the bank. They even reported me to the police and got me parking tickets when I got my car recovered back to them for repairs as it was not drive able. that they refused to repair within 1 week of buying from them

Paul will sell you a car that isn’t road legal without batting an eyelid. He will also take it to his local garage for a fraudulent mot pass certificate too! Now under the name of Small Car Shop Medway Ltd. as he transferred all the assets to his wife’s name, 5 weeks after telling me to get a solicitor. Even with solid evidence that that car should not have been sold he will make sure he robs you of your money! Avoid this couple and this garage if you don’t want to lose thousands

What a vile man Paul is, I don’t know how he sleeps at night. Sold us a car, within 24hrs electrical fault with the air bags, electric window wasn’t working and the window leaks! Sold it to us with an extended warranty & apparently full service history (which he claims is lost after sale). Warranty company won’t touch it as they rightly say all these faults were there before purchase, Paul reckons he has tried to help us and is now blocking our number! Won’t even acknowledge our statutory 14 day money back & reckons we’re being unreasonable. PLEASE DO NOT buy a car from this fraud, I’d rather walk than buy death trap from this place

AVOID THIS PLACE. Sold me a car with various faults, all apparent within days of purchase. Kept fobbing me off with all manner of excuses, when I finally realise he's taking me for a mug and ask for my money back he blocks my number. Out of pocket and left with a car that isn't road worthy.
