Unreliable. Unprofessional. Unreachable.Got in touch with this agency, as a job offer was posted, which I was interested in. Spoken to an advisor called Sophie whom mentioned that my CV would suited for the job I had applied for.Giving a false promise. Advertised two roles in which I could choose from which both had the same job specs, which was strange? as her answer one 'both jobs are generic anyways' but on the phone she explained two different roles?Unprofessional.After giving her my choice in which role I would like to apply for, no further contacg was made through via email? no response. I then contacted via telephone. She promised me a date in which she would contact back? that date had arrive, no response. Sent a further email, no correspondence as she had promised for an interview for myself.Unreachable.Contacted her via telephone again she was 'determined' she would contact me before the end of the day. No contact whatsoever.Unreliable.

It's been absolutely amazing working with Joe Lodge to find my new role. From initial conversation, he got me the job offer in just a week!
