We had Mark come to solve a problem with our Jacuzzi, he was very helpful, offered good sensible advice and resolved the problem, I can't recommend them highly enough, a good local business who deliver on their promises. Nothing is too much trouble.

Great for kids. You can sit and relax while the kids play (as long as they are old enough and they know where you are) my Grandsons were 9 & 7 they loved it.

Steve from signature was brilliant in helping us get our hot tub up and running. We've never owned a tub before and we inherited this one from the previous owners. Sadly there were a few issues but he fixed it without drama and talked us through what we need to do to maintain the hot tub. He was professional, responsive and we felt in safe hands. We'll definitely be using Steve and Signature pools again to keep things maintained and to get our chemicals etc. Thanks for an efficient and great job guys! Now to actually use it!

We would like to thank Keir and his team for installing our Hot Tub, It was worth every penny and we wouldn't be without it. We love going in it early morning when the sun rises and evenings when it's dark and you can see all the stars. We also enjoy the health benefits it gives us. We are very happy customers and can't recommend Signature Hot Tubs high enough.

Sorry to have to do this but I am not a happy customer. Was told that I would have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer to mend the leak in my swimming pool - really???. Not good enough! I have been a loyal customer for a long time and expected better service!

prompt advice curing the problem and the engineer came promptly as and when he said he would and carried out the repair very quickly. He knew what was required and left the filter system working as it should with no leaks
