The Arches Country House
3rd year running we've been as a family (23 of us)Amazing location, nice walk down to the beach. Kids love the hottub. Loads of space to get together but balloons if you need a quiet corner to yourself. Booked up again for next year.

Excellent staff and location. The owner is one of the nicest person I've ever meet , friendly and with replay good recommendations of the area. They should just be careful a little bit with the insects in the bedroom but I suppose that's something normal for the countryside , nothing to be afraid of. I would recommend it to anyone

Lovely setting and room.... Not as clean as I would have liked! Breakfast had a good selection of cooked and cold to offer. Waitress was friendly... Maybe too friendly! Quite unprofessional... Teatowel slung over her shoulder and a good few inappropriate comments about her abilities... Picked up food with bare hands etc... For the setting I would award a 5 star, some polish in all areas required.

Booked in at short notice by the very accommodating host with our request for a dog freindly room. The location is superb in the middle of a golf course within easy access to walks to the coast. The whole ambience was quiet and peaceful ideal for a relaxing break. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well kitted out with a super comfy bed. The following morning we were presented with a full English by freindly efficient staff and were left to leisurely enjoy it with regular top ups. Highly recommended...hassle free...great service....and the pooch loved it too..woof woof

Just returned from a fabulous weekend break here. We stayed in the four-poster room which was excellent with a huge comfy bed and very spacious and clean room . Sarah and her staff were so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return again . Highly recommended.

I couldn't fault this lovely B&B was set off the main road which meant it was very quiet you could hear a pin drop. Lovely breakfast, fantastic staff. I lost my keys and the staff helped to try and find them. Massive breakfast. Beautiful room. Photos are of the massive bath, we was in the 4 poster bed room with a beautiful view. Thank you to all the staff and one of the best weekends I have had in a long time. Bed was so comfy. Xx

The house and location was lovely, we made full use of the bar, pool table and hot tub. We had a fabulous break with all our family and friends. Fully recommended.

Stayed here with friends for a weekend birthday party - beautiful building, situated amongst great scenery, welcomed and shown round by owner on arrival, didn't find anything missing or not working, pool table, gorgeous hot tub, huge gas barbecue, lounge / bar area nicely furnished, all rooms are nice - (I saw them all)! - in fact I could go on and on, but actually just wanted to say: great place !!
