Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport

One night's stay and 15 days parking great for Luton Airport and great value for money evening meal good continental breakfast as we had to leave early for airport all packed and ready for us great service will be definitely doing this again keep up the good work.Mr & Mrs C

Perfect pre flight hotel, reasonably priced. Airport DART station just outside. Only slight downpoint is the evening food menu is limited. Oh and if you're a plane buff on side of hotel gives good views of planes taking off.

Perfect location to get from Luton airport either using Luton Dart shuttle service or by car. Hotel is literally next door to the train station. Same station can be used to get to London st.Pancras station. Rooms are clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet got plenty of choice of continental as well as cooked hot food. There is also 24/7 hot food available on request at the restaurant/lobby area. There is a gym facility that I might use another time. Definitely will use it again on my next trip should it be via Luton airport.

Very comfortable bed, hotel is close to the airport with 10 min bus ride. Breakfast was included, so nice and something for everyone.

Not impressed with breakfast. Large selection if you like bacon, sausage and pastries/waffles. Not a single sign of health, even the fruit for the high sugar yogurt was tinned. No chefs on site as the kitchen was unable to provide either poached or boiled eggs.

Literally next to the tram, so very convenient if you have a flight at silly o'clock from Luton Airport (5 min ride). Service with a smile, decent breakfast to suit all needs and rooms clean and comfortable.

The bed was a bit lumpy. Shower head was clogged with limescale until I cleaned it out. Breakfast was excellent.

No longer the hotel it was when it was first opened. In the beginning they had issues but they quickly resolved them. In the meantime things deteriorated.The hotel location is great especially with the new DART train to the airport. However, the hotel itself and the surrounding areas is quite dirty due to all the construction work going on.The hotel is also undergoing renovations which have not been mentioned upon booking. We initially got a room on a floor that was undergoing carpet reno and smelled like glue and dust. Many rooms doors were opened with all the furniture upside down which made it feel super unsafe.We did get another room in the end but on that floor the carpet was dirty. Not a huge problem and it is understandable why they need the updates but still a bad look.The room itself was alright. Same as usual but it had an adjoining door and the next door neighbor was super loud until late at night. With our flight being at 5AM it made things very uncomfortable.In addition, their beautiful windows are no longer sound proof. You can hear both the trains and the planes. They used to be able to hold off the noise but that is also a thing of the past. They certainly require replacing.We also tried having dinner at the hotel but the food was stale and quite expensive given the quality. We could not eat it. They used to have great food and with no other shop nearby…Honestly had I traveled on my own, I would have found a different hotel even if that meant loosing the money I paid for the room. I felt a bit unsafe and a lot uncomfortable. This never happened before.I do not think we will be staying here ever again despite the renovations they have ongoing. It is a shame as the location is great but the bad feeling I had the entire time is not worth it.Hope they will make some changes and bring the hotel to its former state. It was never luxurious but it was one of the best for those who need to be at the airport early in the morning. It became even more convenient now but…

Great for one night stay.Parking is 12 pounds for 24 hours which is good value.5 minutes on Dart line and you reach the airport and back.Highly recommended
