I have been unable to contact the Accounts Department without going through Customer Services. Nothing happens. I am still awaiting my full payment of over £8,000. I understand that the court payment was completed in March 2023 but I haven't received the expected £8,000 + to date.I have sent emails, phone calls and have used their Portal to raise concerns. It is very disappointing to note the comments made by other people who have used the services and have faced the same problems. The issues faced needs to be taken up by the Ombudsman.

Zero updates given, first guy when signing up couldn't do enough for me but when calling for updates (after months of silence) I was very abruptly told.... probably because there isn't any "Save your money and just send your case of money owed straight to the small claims court. Please don't tell me to email customer service. As that will be a waste of time too

UPDATE 02 Aug 2023 following reply from AYOM ~You are very welcome, if I can find any other review sites where you are listed I will leave you a review there as well... you thoroughly deserve it!DO NOT USE ~ SCAM ARTISTS.Absolute sham of an organisation. Totally un-professional and incapable of the simplest of tasks. Certainly do NOT pay them you won't get any form of service from them and then when you ring to get updates or express your frustration they will treat you as if you were the debtor. There is never anyone in the office with any authority to make anything happen or provide any information and the only director of the business refuses to take calls from her clients!

We employed this company and they stated that they will, if all fails knock on the door of the debtor, however; a year down the road they state that its a waste of time, so wont do it. They were warned that the debtor was moving and claimed they could find her, again nothing. I could have saved all that money and did the calls, emails and text (I gave them all the contact details) myself - waste of time and money

AY-5159-9248 (002) further to my previous post I have still not received funds from AYOM. You cannot speak to the finance team that make the payments and they do not respond to my emails.Absolutely useless. AYOM received payment on 8th March of this year. I was told that I would receive payment after 3 months which is the 3rd June. However they have given me no legal reason why I have to wait 3 months for payment. I have received an email this morning saying that they are going to hold the payment now for 6 months. Again with no legal reason. I have used another debt recovery company and they pay after 28 days. It appears from reading other AYOM reviews that other clients have had the same problem. Please avoid.

Account Number: AY-5159-6802I want to share my disappointing experience with the money recovery company. They owe me £3144.01, and I can completely relate to the negative reviews I've come across. Initially, when I decided to sign up for fund recovery, everything seemed promising. They called me every day to confirm the account opening and payment process. However, as soon as the initial steps were completed, the company vanished into thin air. There were no updates provided, and I had to constantly beg them for any information.Months went by without any communication (we signed up in March 2022). Finally, in October 2022, I received a breakdown of my cases and the money that was recovered. I requested the payment to be transferred to my account, and it was confirmed. However, once again, the company disappeared. I couldn't reach them at all for six months. In February 2023, I received an email stating that my payment was passed to the finance team for payout, but, unfortunately, nothing happened. Now, in July 2023, it has been nine months since I was initially promised that the money would be paid to my account, and I am still empty-handed. Whenever I call, a lady from the collection department answers, but she is unable to provide any information or transfer me to someone who can assist. She repeatedly advises me to send an email, which I have done countless times with no response whatsoever. I have emailed various inboxes, including finance, customer service, collections, and even specific debt collector emails, but all my efforts have been in vain.My pursuit to recover my money has been ongoing since October 2022, and the lack of response from the company is appalling. During my last call, I was instructed to send an email to the finance director, but upon checking the company details on the Companies House website, it became evident that they don't have a finance director. The company only has one director and another individual holding over 75% of the stake. All these details can be easily accessed on the Companies House website, and although I won't mention their names here, I encourage anyone in a similar situation to explore legal options.I have exhausted all means of communication with this company. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, they have remained unresponsive. It is evident that this company is involved in fraudulent activities. In light of their behavior, I have decided to take legal action by filing a claim with the small claims court. Filing a claim is a straightforward process and doesn't incur any costs for you. The fraudulent company will be responsible for covering all the court legal fees. You can easily file a claim online by providing a few details, and the government will handle the rest. I strongly advise others facing a similar situation to visit the government website for small claims and file a fraud claim. By joining forces and taking action, we can ensure that these fraudsters are held accountable. The individuals listed as Miss and Mr on the Companies House website, who are behind this company, should face the consequences of their actions and be brought to justice.

Don't waste your money or time with this company. We submitted a claim 18 months ago they were quick enough to take the money but since the money got taken we have had not one phone call, email or letter. The debt was paid end of august I only found this out because i rang and chased for a update and we still haven't had any communication and i ring once a week aswell as email. We are now looking into another debt collection agency to get our money back off these scammers

Absolutely awful company. I don't often leave reviews but my experience with this company is so horrendous that like the other reviewers I feel the need to warn people.Avoid this company at all costs. They successfully recovered my money back in May 2023. I allowed 3 months for the payment to be processed.Initially I was told that I had missed the payment run but I should expect payment the following month......surprise surprise it is now 3 months later and excuse after excuse as to why they can't pay my money.I really believe this organisation is nothing more than scam artists. The irony is that I now have to engage a debt management company to go after the debt management company.....you couldnt make it up!Spare yourself the hassle avoid this company like the plague nothing more than fraudsters in my opinion!

The debtor AYOM were chasing on our behalf paid the debt in full at the beginning of May 2023. I understand there was a 90 day holding period which has long since expired. I have been trying to obtain a payment date from AYOM for several weeks and months now. Nothing has come through depsite numerous calls and emails chasing them. I have also since discovered they are no longer accredited by the FCA or PRA which leads me to believe we have unfortunatley been conned. I will try and seek help from the Financial Ombudsman. Avoid this company at all costs.
