Best cakes in the UK! We had a cake and drink in the cafe then took a cheeky take away for a cake in the evening too! Coffee Towers and Cream Meringues are the best!!

Wow! They weren't wrong when they said the fudge donuts were the best! Quick service and very friendly. Will return later in the week before we travel home.

Firstly can I point out I have and never will have an issue paying for a quality product.And Fisher & Donaldson's do have quality products, and I also appreciate that thier costs as well as everyone else's have gone up.However I am not prepared to pay more for a product that has reduced in size by what I would consider considerably regardless of quality, and as you will see from the following another reason.I recently came upon issue which is troubling. I purchased two Oatie Rolls from the shop in Cupar High Street, price 65p each.I then had reason to stop at a local supermarket just outside Cupar.Where I found four Oatie Rolls packaged in a clear bag clearly marked Fisher & Donaldson's for sale at £1.69, or 42p approximately each 23p cheaper per roll !And so it is for this reasonI will no longer be shopping at F&D in Cupar or in any of thier shops elsewhere.

I’ve been using F&Ds for several years and unfortunately I’ve seen a progressive trend of higher prices and lower quality. On my most recent visit I was charged £4.15 for 2 rolls and 4 tattie scones. When I got home the roll was so dry that it had shattered and the inside was hollow. I’m very happy to pay more to support local businesses but this is exploitative. Sadly I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

This was the 1st time we visited this Fisher & Donaldson. It was a lovely cafe. The team there was so friendly and helpful. The soup (fresh tomato/basil soup), side salad/balsamic dressing and nice roll. The atmosphere was nice. We ate a late lunch. We will return here on our next adventure to Cupar.

Such a lovely bakery/cafe. We have stopped here a couple of times for a lunch break. The staff are so pleasant very welcoming and helpful. The food is brilliant. The chicken salad sandwich and croque monsieur today we lovely with the lentil soup.100% would recommend here for food. I can't wait for my next excuse to stop in here.The photo I have attached is all that is left of my lunch so let that speak for itself!

Very nice cakes, friendly service and great selection of chocolate and choccie gifts. The “Famous Fudge Donut” is amazing and not to be missed!! We had coffee, tea and cakes and all were great.

Delicious thick tasty traditional lentil soup and the famous fudge donuts were insanely good as always. Thick with fudge topping, stuffed with a light creamy custard filling in such featherlight dough. The strawberry Danish was excellent as well.

This is the factory outlet and cafe. I’ve been coming for many years and have many happy memories! The Fudge Doughnuts are legendary, the chocolate is delicious (especially the posh hot chocolate) and the cafe is a very pleasant airy and bright environment to sit in. I would very much recommend either sitting in or taking away

I lived in Dundee for a bit. Every Friday we would get cakes from Fisher & Donaldson. Their fudge donut is world beatingIf you are visiting the Fife area and want to taste Scottish cakes you must visit a Fisher & Donaldson.This one in Cupar is great because it has loads of parking. It where the bakery is. It’s a classy little cafe with a nice outdoor area.They sell an excellent Dundee cake too.
