My Mum got a taxi this morning from the town as there was no where to park she asked to be picked up somewhere else she then gets picked up and one of the office staff phones her mobile has a right moan at her and upset her and said oh you should cancelled when it was just a machine where she order the taxi would definitely not recommend this company

Awful driver, awful all round experience. My seat was cold and wet and turned out to be where the previous passenger had urinated...the driver would not stop the car so I could move seats and did not apologise. I am disabled and on getting to our destination of caravan park we expected him to take us to the specific caravan but he refused and was very aggressive towards us. So I had to walk there, at night, covered in somebody else's pee.0 stars.

We booked a taxi over an hour in advance, which arrived 20 mins late. The taxi didn’t even wait 2 minutes for us to get to the car before leaving. When I called to book another taxi and let them know what had happened they said a taxi could get to us in 10 minutes. We waited another hour for a taxi to not even arrive. I understand that taxi companies are busy on weekends but when you book an hour in advance you expect a lot better than a taxi to not even wait 2 minutes for you and at least have another one turn up asap.

I had 2 separate drivers (one to the location, 1 back) and both drivers were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, chatty, helpful getting kids strapped in to the car and pram bits in and our for me. Cannot fault them. Thank you!

Booked taxi for specific time to go to the railway station. Allowed 30 mins for a 5 minute drive as had to collect tickets. The two stars are for the driver who was eventually allocated to pick us up and somehow managed to get us there just in time. I would give minus two stars for people on the phones who did not tell us they would not be able to get the taxi there on time, could not tell me how long they would be, just that 'we would be allocated the next available car' when they were already 15 minutes late. They also lied saying that when we booked it we were told that they could not guarantee it would be on time. Given that we had a train to catch I would not have made the booking if they had told me that. Would definitely not recommend or use again.

Needed a last minute taxi one evening in Ramsgate - nobody else could do it but Thanet Taxis could - turned up in good time, waited for the passenger and quickly got him to where he needed to go for a good price. Can't say fairer than that
