The Canning Town Dental Practice

They will make you register for the sake to register which is dodgy to me and than when they see you. You get nothing unless you are willing to pay for it. NHS patients do not receive anything unless they call 111 which doesn't make no sense basically the practice is about money and that's it.

Definitely recommend this dental surgery. Receptionist is lovely and got my son an appointment asap and detail nurse and dentist were amazing with my son. He was very nervous but they were so patient and kind.

I’m impressed at how efficient this dental practice runs. I’ve never had much trouble waiting to be seen and the dentists have always been professional and friendly. I’ve not had any bad experiences with the receptionist either and couldn’t quite fault the service I’ve received so far. It is a little small but it’s not been a problem for me.

Been going to this dentist in and off for years. Recently rejoined and the process couldn’t have been easier. The receptions (who seems to get a lot of flack) is fine, he is professional but there is only so many times you can tell someone the same thing over and over again as witnessed whilst waiting today. The dentist and assistant are also great at their role!

Forced me to come to the practice to sign up and asked me to come back again later for an appointment. Called to inform that i would be 5 minutes late, no one picked up. Came 5 minutes late, asked for £30 fine. Extremely rude man at the reception. Do not recommend it. Waste of my time.

One of the rudest receptionist I ever spoke on the phone , there is really no need for it for being that rude***EDIT***Your “investigation” is not correct.I did not and ever requested an appointment for a family member as you are assuming.I’m not even a patient there and I’m happy to say I will never be one because of my interaction with your receptionist on the phone.I’ve kindly asked for a emergency appointment and he belittled me because I could not make the suggested appointment saying “ well that won’t be an emergency appointment then”I was in real pain but I was also not able reschedule my OTHER commitments. The rudeness was simply not needed.Please do not reply with false information.

I’m not registered with this dentist but on two separate occasions now when I’ve been working in the area they have gone out of their way to make time for me and help me. Seeing a few bad reviews claiming the receptionist is rude… having had many phone calls and a few face to face interactions with the receptionist I can honestly say if you’ve had a negative encounter with this dentist it is extremely likely you are the problem. All the staff are super polite and professional, can’t speak highly enough of them. A real community feel which is so valuable these days.

I've recently moved here and I went here once for my son and they were so brilliant towards him. They were patient and smiley towards my 17 month old. The receptionist was so kind and helped me take my buggy down the stairs and outside and helped me set my buggy back up while I carried my son. When I phoned the surgery to sign my son up and book an appointment, he was lovey and bubbly on the phone. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone and any children.
