I had my wedding dress cleaned and boxes here and to say I'm delighted is an understatement. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when they say they display it in a nice box etc. But it came in a stunning box with a lace line and looks brand new. I would definitely recommend.

Been a customer for this laundry cleaners for the last few years... until today!I kind of ignored the degradation for a long time... over the period of time quality of service has degenerated to the level where I could bear no more! Today, they wanted to up-charge me for the linen shirts; nowhere on their price list it’s mentioned...And after visiting them today, I decided to take my clothes to another cleaners who seemed to have much more positive attitude towards the customers and clarity on the rates!It looks like, the staff in this branch is not interested in doing the business at all... over the period of time, I’ve seen staff spending 15+ minutes on checking in the clothes; can’t bear it anymore...Thank you for the disservice! At least it gave me a reason to find another cleaners!Rejoinder, following the Owner's response:Just because Google does not permit to respond to Owner's response, I have to add it here, simply because I need to put a few facts straight to avoid any misunderstanding (for the readers, who may read this review).The 'issue' did not arise out of 'a' linen shirt, there were three of them! I was not 'clearly' advised to Dry Clean instead of machine wash, as claimed! In fact that's been my frustration, the staff did not provide clarity about why the price difference! Furthermore, until writing of this rejoinder, your website does not specify the difference in price (neither the shirt & Laundry element, nor the dry cleaning element!) and I have never seen a price list on the store (nor shown by the staff - must admit, never asked as well, since never required to).As far as the time needed on the counter, I was commenting based on my own experience; and if you check your records correctly, I've not visited you around lunch time, its mostly been Saturday mornings... but never mind, I guess you would want to defend your staff.It was a good attempt to trivialise the matter by mentioning my number of visits in the last 12 months (only 1); which does not negate few facts: I've been using your services for last few years (if I'm correct, since 2016) and whenever I've visited I get number of my shirts to wash (today, there were 14 of them). And to add further, yours was the only laundry service that I 'had' used in this country, until today! But, you may obviously chose to ignore these facts to justify your staff's claims.Finally, thanks for offering to discuss the matter through email and deal with the complain; but since I have no complaint to make as I have decided to reject your services any further. But, as a responsible customer, I needed to put the review in place to let the future customers know of my (individual) experience. And, therefore this deliberation had to be public.Thanks for writing the response in detail, Mr. Johnston!

Disgusting store. Dying my white dress into blue and reject to pay the compensation. Because they say I’m lying the blue stain is not made by them. Don’t go or you will waste your time and money and have a bad experience.

So thank you so much for revitalising it accordingly it was a huge success. Avoid at all costs, Inefficient and horrible customer service. They charged me 30 pounds to dry clean a suit and when I queried about the same spots that I brought it in for, they rudely dismissed me and still charged me fully!

I had a total of 9 duvets including a couple of mattress toppers cleaned.The whole process was easy and straight forward using the collection and delivery service and the duvets have been returned in individual bags ( great for storage) .I will certainly be using your services again- keep up the good work !!

King sized feather mattress topper for laundering. Item was ready on time as promised. Able to park my car outside premises which was a big plus as topper very big.Item smells fresh and was well dried and aired.Happy with result. Charged £49.99 as it is very thick (over 4 inches thick) but knew this as website gives clear indication of prices. Cost of gas and electricity has inflated costsWill use them again

I have used them a few times to get my duvets cleaned and I am very happy. It’s helpful they have a pick up and delivery service too!

One time I forgot to pick up my bridesmaids dress for a wedding which was being cleaned and steamed, by the time I remembered they had closed! I called a different branch which still happened to have someone on site, and they kindly rang around to find a driver to open up the St. Mary's site and let me go to collect my dress, they really went the extra mile! So very grateful!

This company did all the linen of the boat I work on, it was a big job. The manager was extremely rude over the phone. Once I receive the laundry it was all fine but they do not know how to fold any of the sheets/ duvet covers correctly. After my bussness spend well over 2,000 pounds I had to fold everything and they did not even tag the bags I had to spend 2 days sorting it all out again. Do not recommend this business to any yacht coming to this town. The employees are very nice but the manager has a terrible attitude. I had better services in Antigua and all over the Caribbean.
