I have used Billy and Sam of Petcare cottage as my dog walkers and groomers for 9 years. They are the best !! they treat the dogs as if they are their own. They are reliable and keep you informed of any issues with your dog whilst in their care. Sam offers great advice about grooming eating and general well-being of your dogs. Have recommend to many others and I am proud to do so .

We have used Sam for both 121 training and individual walks for our challenging adolescent German Shepherd Dog. Sam has been reliable, supportive and responsive to any challenges and we can't recommend pet care cottage highly enough. During behavioural consultations with Sam other dog walkers also dropped by to say hello and recommend her services.

So glad we found petcare cottage.A Friendly atmosphere with dedicated carer's.Our dog Bear can't wait to get there, and comes home happy and content. Great value for your money too. I would always recommend this hard working dedicated family business .

Would NOT recommend this groomers. Sam the manager is incredibly rude and robs her new clients.Took my small dog for a groom and was told on arrival that there would be quite a bit of a wait because several people had turned up to get their dogs groomed without making an appointment. They said they 'couldn't just turn them away'. So had prioritised those without an appointment to those that did have one.My dog should have been ready to be collected at 1pm after being dropped of for her 11am appointment, but wasn't ready until 3pm! 4 hours later. My dog is already anxious of groomers so this would have made things a lot worse for her. Then they had the cheek to charge me £62 plus VAT as they took 4 hours (apparently) to groom my small dog, blaming it on my dog being nervous.Utter nonsense. They were so fully booked with people turning up and told me my dog wouldn't go into until later. They also would have had their lunch in that time frame. My dog has never spent 4 hours being groomed and no groomer has ever had an issue with grooming her.Sam the manager was appallingly rude, I said she had quoted me £45-48 (which I had evidenced in a text from Sam) and she yelled out me that she never quotes any body that, she always quotes £42-£68 and wants £62 plus vat.I won't be a returning client and wouldn't trust someone who is that unprofessional that screams at me, with looking after my dog. After seeing their day care I wouldn't trust my dog there either!

I cant recommend pet care cottage enough. In fact I have recommended them to all of my family, friends and any one I possibly can. We have been using their services for over a year and they're incredibly reliable, professional and caring. We have used them for puppy socialisation classes, one to one training and doggy day care one day every week. I value them so much as they love our doggies and take great care of them. We love Petcare Cottage, the staff here are brilliant, they really take great care of your pet. The dog comes out looking amazing and smelling wonderful.My boy is a long haired JRT, who gets a summer cut each year.He loves going here but he's always exhausted afterwards, after all the excitement (He's 11.5 yrs old) :)If you need a professional service for your pet, I highly recommend Petcare Cottage, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot recommend Sam and the whole team highly enough. Professional, reliable, experienced and friendly. I use Sam for 1:1 training and Casper attends school twice a week ( we’ve also enjoyed a groom). He absolutely loves school and waits patiently on his days with excitement to go. Casper is a high energy stubborn husky 11month puppy who was very much struggling with his manners with other dogs and focus on walks. In 3 months the positive changes in Casper are amazing , he plays off lead with other dogs, focuses and is generally a good doggy citizen. We will definitely be lifelong customers.

Honestly can't recommend petcare cottage enough. Started taking my dogs to puppy socialisation classes and then onto daycare when myself and my partner and working long hours, the ladies here are the best. We receive updates and videos of our dogs on their walks which makes our day. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable place to leave your dog(s), here is the place to go

Sam and the team have been walking, grooming and daycare for our pup since she was months old and are great!Always flexible with our work schedule and give her a great groom every time! She loves it there and is waiting by the door to be picked up on days she's in!
