Bought a groupon voucher in March2023. Went for gel fingers and toes. Initially they looked ok however after 4 day's the gels came away. I contacted the owner to inform her of this and she told me I could return and have the fingers redone. I arranged an appointment at the time.On attending the appointment the owner was not in and another junior girl was there who had no knowledge of my appointment. As she had no clients she agreed to do them. At the finish she went to charge me the full price, which was not the agreement I’d made with the owner. After a discussion I did not pay but left a generous tip. Three days later the gels peeled off again. I came to the conclusion that the gel polishes were well past the sell by date as she had scraped the polish out of the colour I chose.All the staff were pleasant, but I was not happy with the polish of the application of it.Just my opinion

been twice before and got my hair cut by richie and honestly an amazing cut although i went this morning and had a different hairdresser i asked for layers and two inches off just so it met above my shoulders however i came out with a bob which i am very embarrassed of, i realised it was so bad after i left i went to work and everyone laughed as i was laughing with them because i look like a 14 yr old called mary.it’s one month later and i’ve read your reply, thank you for the offer:) maybe when it grows a bit longer, i’ll try and add some pictures

Great salon, I had a wax and the service was quick and very efficient, staff were lovely, hidden gem.

The wife booked an appointment for yesterday for her nails done , got 2 reminder texts regarding her appointment, needed nails done as she is going on holiday today. Spent money on metro turned up to be told she is not here she should have rang you" she was told this by some chap in the salon

I booked an appointment for 1315, which they changed without my consent 2 days prior to the appointment to 1135. I went for my patch test the day before then on the day got there 8 minutes late. I called at 1137 to say I’ll be a bit late but I’m on my way. They don’t pick up. When I arrive they tell me they have a ten minute policy and I’ll have to reschedule my appointment, i tell them I’m not 10 minutes late. They then said if I had called it would’ve been fine. I showed them i did and they still turned me away and I lost my deposit. Very upset as I called like they asked and I was under the ten minute policy. Wouldn’t reccommend, clearly unorganised.

RIPPED ME AND MY FRIEND OFF!!She had taken the money, i.e., 2 Groupon vouchers the day she had booked us in. She had redeemed the vouchers on the 7th and our appointment was on the 14th.On the day of the appointment we were stuck in traffic and attempted to call many times also leaving a voice mail and a text to say we were stuck in traffic they never answered the phone so we had to turn up to explain, although we were very late as it was impossible to make it in time they were also road works everywhere when we got to the town, so when we arrived the place was very quiet there was a man sitting at reception so we tried to explain and told the owner that we tried calling left messages and texts and this was before the appointment time too,as we knew we wouldn't be able to make it! The woman told us that we have lost our voucher now and we can't rebook. I told her we had tried many times to contact her, but she said she had been busy?? It was dead quiet. Apparently, she had just finished we saw no hair on the floor, no customers leaving.SHE SCAMMED US, DO NOT GIVE HER/ SEND HER THE VOUCHER BEFORE THE SERVICE, SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON IS, THAT YOU CANT MAKE IT AND THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.

Lovely staff & very quick, affordable & professional haircut. Had a lovely wash, cut & keratin treatment. Would definitely come back again! Thank you so much!

I purchased a groupon voucher and really struggled to make an appointment - I've called many times and texted based on the availability on their website, but they take multiple days to reply that by the time they do, the appointment is no longer available. I finally made an appointment and made the trip on the date I booked but the salon wasn't even open. I've tried contacting via both texts and calls but no response. There was no message before the booking to say it was changed/cancelled? The voucher has already been paid and 'claimed' so I'm not even sure if a refund is possible. It's really frustrating that after weeks of trying to make an appointment and waiting I'm left in limbo now.Update: the business is now saying I didn't show up and they have a 10-min policy. I can prove I was there through google maps data, witnesses from barber's next door, and have calls/text logs as well. I'm shocked that they are lying about this and appalled a business thinks they can act this way.
