Lovely friendly little place who will go out of their way to make sure they have what you need and more - my only gripe is that we now can’t walk down the high street without doggo pulling us inside!

Really pleased to have found this little gem of a pet shop. It's clear they really care and are knowledgeable. I got some good advice on feeding our whippet X puppy who has allergy issues, and they genuinely loved meeting him when I took him in the next time. Lovely natural treats and chews. Also a loyalty card scheme available. My only small gripe, which is nothing to do with the shop itself, is parking can be tricky because it's on a busy road. We don't live in Ruddington itself so we have to drive, but if I ever see a free parking space I stop to go to the shop
