I cannot recommend Genesis home appliances enough. They were the only store in the whole of the UK that had in stock the item I’d been searching for for days! They were extremely friendly and helpful and the item I ordered (Neff gas hob) was delivered within a couple of days. Truly amazing. Don’t think twice, order from these guys. Their service was excellent!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service, big brands should learn from them guys. My washing machine has been fast forward to me as I needed it before my holiday , all resolved with ease, delivered as an when required, which was much quicker than advertised. Delivery guys being brilliant, bringing it in ,unwrapping and connecting at no extra cost . Finally now long after taking delivery , had a phone call from customer service, asking if everything was okay. On top of it they were 20% cheaper than competitors ( AO , Currys ) .Recommending then to everyone.

Recently bought a new cooker and hob from Genesis. The store staff were professional, really helpful and knowledgeable, we spoke to them over the phone which eliminated the need to go into the shop. The installation guys were prompt, professional and were covid compliant at all times. The price of the appliances were very competitive and the overall service provided by this local company was far better than any chain stores I have purchased from in the past. They fit my installation appointment in very quickly too! Thanks.

The guys at Genesis, in store, and the fitters, gave excellent customer service with a recent integrated dishwasher I bought from them. There was an unforeseen problem when the old appliance was removed and they found not quite enough space to instal the new one. However, they did all they possibly could to problem solve this and in the end, they did. So I can't recommend them enough. Plus the guys were very polite & professional to deal with. So all round very good work guys, thank you. I highly recommend this company.

Had an American fridge freezer & built in oven from them this year. Would highly recommend. Competitive pricing,knowledgable friendly staff & fitters with quick delivery. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Cant fault this company ,we have had 2 washing machines from their store ,staff are knowledgeable and friendly ,they bend over backwards to help and go above and beyond ,Thanks guys a 1 hour drive is worth it when you get this quality of service ,Highly Recommended

Absolutely brilliant, certainly wouldnt go anywhere else.Liam was fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful.We got sorted out with a new fridge freezer, he even sorted it to be delivered today.Honestly we're delighted, their knowledge, and customer service is second to none.
