Dreadful. Waited in qué for ages. One staff doing hot drinks, one serving and doing sandwiches etc and another seemed to be doing very little. Left without being served. Won't be using again.

I'll start this by pointing out the fact this Costa is in a Hospital. So the staff there should have additional training in compassion, as if someone is in a hospital the chances are they're already having a bit of a traumatic time.During my 5 day stay at the Gloucester Hospital I visited the Costa twice. Literally two of the worst café experiences I've encountered anywhere.First trip. Ordered Chia Latte and Almond Croissant. Took one bite of the croissant and it was completely stale. I politely requested another croissant and the response was, it should be fine

One of the best Costas I've been to. Friendly efficient staff. Comfortable seats and nice decor. Good place to relax after undergoing outpatient treatment or tests.

This Costa is in newer entrance of Gloucester hospital, and only cafe bar main hospital resturant so has monopoly on customers requiring a coffee and snack.I arrived at 17.30 and staff appeared to be clearing up despite being open till 19.00.Dark atmosphere and very small selection of cakes toasties.Almost bare.Coffee and food served in takeaway boxes.Staff more interested in talking to each other and having a laugh than customer care.As coffee in takeaway cup cream flat and sunk..gingerbread man on top of cup not fresh.Mexican toastie greaseyDisappointing that relatives visiting can't have a nice space to relax and have to suffer immature staff.

Staff friendly but rushed off their feet at busy times. It was lovely to sit there in the hospital in a nice tranquil room...Will visit again if I am at the hospital again... Thank you...

It's a Costa inside a busy hospital serving drinks and refreshments. Be prepared for a wait for your order, but good quality.
