I have been suffering from IBS which had taken a new turn this year. My doctor hadn't offered much support and I was not managing my symptoms well with every meal causing me bloating and discomfort. My condition was affecting my sleep and my mood. I'm so glad I booked a consultation with Irene, not only was she able to offer lots of advice and identify the foods I was having issues with - her recommendations have meant through changing my diet I have been able to enjoy food once again, and to feel completely normal afterwards!! I'm so grateful and I would recommend anybody who has issues with digestion to see her. I can't Thank her enough for the help she's given me and I wish I had seen her sooner.

Within a week of seeing Irene for “the works” which included food intolerance testing, my IBS symptoms have vastly improved. For the first time in almost three years, I am eating normally again with no bloating or any of the other digestive issues I’ve been dealing with. It’s quite surreal, especially considering how many times I’ve been told over the years I’m fine and that my symptoms are in my head. Irene is a miracle worker, not to mention kind, empathic and incredibly good at what she does. Perhaps most important, she actually listens. My only regret is I didn’t go to see her sooner!

I saw Irene for food intolerance testing and dietary advice a while ago because I was lacking energy and feeling very sluggish. Irene was spot on, very thorough and told me what specific foods I was intolerant to. This was surprising, I thought I had a problem with wheat/gluten but it was in fact the chemicals in processed bread, which I wouldn't have thought of. She was very specific and gave me a suggested eating plan to follow. After only a short time, I felt very much better and losing 18 lbs in 2 months was an added bonus, as was finding out I could still drink wine! I would highly recommend Irene. Not only is she very good at what she does, she is also a very lovely and caring person. She really knows her onions, pardon the pun!!

I can't recommend this lady high enough.
