Over the years we have bought a number of Mini cars from Sytner Newport and have been most impressed with the process and the professionalism of sales persons more so in our latest purchase.The initial sale, the arranging of finance and aftercare have all run smoothly with little or no significant problems. Well what can I say, Jack in sales treated both myself and my wife like VIP. We are very pleased with the car (see picture!) and the level of service from Jack and Mini garage in Newport. Made the whole experience memorable and exciting, so excited was the wife - she couldn't sleep the night before we picked the car up. We will definitely be returning in 3 years time.

Had a wonderful experience with Sytner Newport MINI. This was our second purchase from them, this time replacing our 2020 MINI Electric with a brand new MINI Electric. We were kept regularly informed about progress and delivery. The handover went very smoothly and the bow was a nice touch.
