Losing its appeal for me as queue get longer with limited staff at checkout and even smaller product ranges on offer. Can't find anymore cameras on sale All cameras seems to be available on line or in Edinburgh branch. I go to the Glasgow store to support local branch but I feel as best give up and move on

It’s quite bougie but if you can time it right and get promotional discount it’s not unaffordable and offers good quality in terms of product and service. The app is excellent and there are multiple collection and delivery options for online purchases.

This Store is Huge well stocked with plenty of choices, you will probably find what you are looking for. The Staff are very nice and super helpful . Quality Products, Prices can be bit expensive however you can easily find some really good deals. Over all Shopping here is a memorable pleasant experience ..

Large store in a great city centre location. Store is very well stocked with everything you'd expect with John lewis, staff are exceptionally helpful and very polite. Had a very small issue but was resolved quickly and professionally. In my opinion this is the best John Lewis in Scotland, recommended to all

This review is for the bureau de change upstairs. The staff was not helpful dealing with my query regarding the exchange rate. Lack of interest dealing with customer. I specifically chose John Lewis for the reputation of good service. The service I received puts me off from coming back
