All of staff at H&T are extremely friendly and super efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to pawn. I have tried other pawn brokers in the area and they were not helpful.One of the staff members Nicoleta was fantastic and gave a 10/10 service and tended to my needs.

What friendly staff and fantastic service. I sold some scrap gold jewelry and got a brilliant price for it. Far more than I expected. The lady that served me was really nice and made me feel at ease (I'd never been in a pawnbrokers before and didn't know what to expect). Thank you to all the staff.

I enjoy taking my unwanted jewellery here because the staff are always really friendly and welcoming. They test each piece with a monitor and also measure the size precisely to make sure I get the right prices for myItems. I always worry with other places I don’t know, that they will try to scam me and give me a lower price. But with H and T I can trust them to be genuine and honest. Thank you.

If I could give zero, I would. Staff are rude and made things more difficult than any other western union branch I’ve been at over the years. They refused to give us the money although we answered all data protection questions and had various forms of ID to support. Don’t bother coming here, there’s a high probability it will be a wasted trip. Considering finances can be quite a sensitive situation to begin with, the last thing you need is customer representatives that have no people skills, empathy or practice flexibility that the official process permits.
