A no fuss Tesla delivery hub. We were booked to collect our Tesla as one of the last ones of the day. We were simply given the keys and pointed to where our car was. We noticed a few marks in the car which while the detailers had gone home, the lady who gave us the keys went to get the detailers equipment and promptly attempted to clean it herself. After collecting our car we did notice that our car was used by someone during the day (prior to our collection) to nip to a local store (the sat back had a local destination saved). We still had just 6 miles on the clock but it would have been lower had the 3 mile round trip not been taken.

There is an events style tent with 3 desks, seating for 5, a nespresso citiz machine (without milk frother), a fridge with bottles of water and juice, some biscuits/choc bars and a loo. They were behind getting cars cleaned on 17th but the wait wasn't long and the staff are friendly and chatty. No frills but that's good as you just want to pick up a clean ready car and be on your merry way!

The car we bought is great, but the service at this delivery hub is appalling. Not enough staff to deal with the queue of customers (especially since there will always be some in front of you who have endless questions which the staff have trouble answering). Toilets out of order; coffee machine out of coffee. If you’ve ordered your car online, be prepared for a long wait and poor service when you come to collect. Worth it in the end, but dire at the time.

Vehicle was dirty. V5C never arrived and was wrong. Called to ask what happened to the V5C and the guy was really rude and hung up.

Very easy to get to just off the m25. It's a unusual setup you walk into a cabin and go through some paperwork with the guys then they give you the key and off you go. Was expecting a tutorial per say on the features of the car. But they say just read the manual. Very helpful though if you uaveany questions.

Efficient and professional. We arrived just before our time slot and it was quiet so we were able to collect our car without having to queue. If you want to turn off the hazards - it's a button in the roof above the rear view mirror!

It was an easy and super quick process, including doing a trade in. However the location is poorly maintained, both with pot holes and a grubby office.Staff were pleasant and helpful.
