Hove-Osteo Harriet

Harriet is excellent. She fixes our back, hips, neck etc on a regular basis, we have been going to her for years. I tend to just need a service now , an annual MOT! She can do cracking, stretching, manipulating, pressure, cranial, whatever is needed. She always has a new piece of learning that she tells me about - a new method, a piece of research, she is always increasing her knowledge. She's kind and respectful and easy to get on with. And uses lovely massage oil!!

Harriet is an outstanding osteopath. Her knowledge, application and down to earth approach give me the confidence to write this review. Five years ago I visited Harriet to treat my persistent back pain. The result then was a cured back and a happy client, thank you Harriet. More recently the pain returned and with one call Harriet so swiftly found my notes and guided me through specific exercises and stretches with mini videos that she sent me and guidance with self care. Harriet is a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly osteopath. I have been receiving treatment from her, for lower back, hip and leg pain, and have had positive results of increased movement and reduced pain after each visit.Harriet has also advised on exercises to practise at home.I would highly recommend her.
